The Location
Location will be determined based on the cohort that signs up. Email Hyam to get on the list of interested peole for the group that begins July 1st, 2024.
The Plan
12 week program intended to jump start your confidence and ability around getting stronger, feeling more capable and alleviating some of the common factors that arise during menopause.
